Business Analyst Fulfillment (m/f/d)

Job description

In order to supply our customers across Europe quickly and in accordance with our quality standards, our European distribution centers (EDCs) are an integral part of the zooplus network. This role acts as an important interface between Corporate Headquaters, Fulfillment Center Managers and Logistics Service Providers (LSPs). Important tasks are the preparation and conduction of regular business reviews as well as regular quality and efficiency projects to drive delivery speed and customer satisfaction. In this role you will be reporting to the FC Project Manager and be responsible for following tasks:


  • Preparation and conduction of weekly, monthly and quarterly business reviews
  • Performance monitoring within our EDC-Network
  • Conducting weekly metric calls with our Regional- and FC-Managers
  • Driving deep-dives together with our FC-Managers and LSPs to drive sustainable quality improvement
  • Development of logistics KPIs and dashboards in cooperation with the BI-Teams
  • Managing project with the focus on quality and efficiency improvement within our EDC-Network
  • Improving quality and efficiency within our fulfillment network

Requirements

  • First experience in a quality analyst role (ideally in an e-commerce/ B2C or logistics environment)
  • First experience in conducting performance reviews with 3rd parties
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Excellent MS Excel knowledge & MS Power point
  • Advanced skills in English and German spoken & written¬†
  • Advanced knowledge of standard MS Office programs
  • Ability to visualize data
  • Basic SQL and database knowledge
  • Willingness to travel (20-30%)
  • Driver licence (B)
